Keeping Your Prices Fresh: Updates to Basket’s Price Tracking

At Basket, we’re always working to make sure you get the most accurate and up-to-date price information. To help improve our service, we’re making a small but important change to how we track prices for the items in your Basket.

What’s Changing?

Until now, we’ve tracked the price of every item in your Basket, no matter how long it had been there. Now, to keep things running smoothly, price tracking will pause for accounts that haven’t been accessed for 30+ days (on app or web).

But don’t worry—when you come back to Basket, price tracking can be resumed by following the prompts. Just keep in mind that it may take a little time for prices to fully update.

This change means we can continue to provide the most up to date item information for those that need it most and reduce the amount of unwanted or unnecessary push notifications.

What This Means for You

🔹 Price tracking will pause if your account is inactive for 30+ days.
🔹 Price drop & back in stock alerts won’t be sent until tracking resumes.
🔹 Follow the prompts after login to restart tracking and get up-to-date prices and availability.

Stay in the Loop

📢 Get notified of price drops & stock updates as soon as they happen.
📲 Tap alerts or open the app to keep price tracking active.
👥 Get updates when others add or buy from shared Gift or Collab Baskets.
